  • 3 Large Egg whites
  • Fresh Rome Tomato diced
  • Onion diced finely
  • Salsa
  • Low-skim Mozzarella
  • Whole-wheat Tortilla wrap
  • Butter Spray (no calorie spray)
  • Non-stick spray

In a non-stick skillet, spray with non-stick cooking spray.
When heated add tomatoes and onions. Brown lightly.
Add scrambled egg whites to the onion, tomatoes.
Scrambled eggs, onions, and tomatoes together.
When cooked add 1 tablespoons salsa and mix. Remove from heat.
In separate skillet coat lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
Spray tortilla with butter spray and brown each side lightly.
Add low-skim Mozzarella cheese across tortilla round.
Add scrambled egg mixture to one-half of tortilla.
Fold tortilla in half and allow cheese to melt.
